Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 April 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MyConcerts in any way (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who we are
MyConcerts is a service operated by easyCie, Rue Béribou 12, 4800 Verviers, Belgium (BCE BE 0822.429.445). These Terms form a binding contract between you and easyCie.
Contact: info@myconcerts.be — Support: support@myconcerts.be
3. Description of the service
MyConcerts is a concert aggregator: we display upcoming concerts, festivals and shows in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Luxembourg, let you follow artists, save favourites, plan events, and discover music through your Spotify history.
We do not sell tickets. When you click “Buy tickets”, you are redirected to a third-party ticketing platform (Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Eventim, Eventbrite, the venue's own site, etc.). The purchase contract is concluded directly between you and that third party. MyConcerts is not a party to that transaction and is not liable for it (see §10).
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a MyConcerts account. If you are under 16 in the EU, you need parental consent under GDPR art. 8. By using MyConcerts you confirm you meet these conditions.
The service is free to use. A premium tier may be offered with additional features, billed via Stripe.
5. Your account
- You can sign up with email + password, or via a third-party provider (Apple, Google, Spotify, Facebook).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share your account or impersonate another user.
- You may delete your account at any time — see Privacy Policy §6bis.
6. Acceptable use
When using MyConcerts, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl or copy the catalogue for commercial purposes (the data is aggregated from public APIs but our presentation, ranking and proprietary enrichments are protected — see §8).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Use the service to harass, stalk, or threaten other users.
- Bypass security controls, rate limits, or access mechanisms.
- Use the service in a way that would violate Apple App Store or Google Play Store guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules (see §13).
7. User-generated content
When you post content on MyConcerts (reviews, ratings, photos, polls, messages to friends), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service. You keep ownership.
You are responsible for what you post. You warrant that you have the rights to share it, that it does not infringe any third-party IP, and that it complies with §6.
8. Intellectual property
MyConcerts — including brand, logo, UI, code, rankings, personalised recommendations, and editorial selections — is the exclusive property of easyCie. The concert data itself originates from public sources (Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Eventim, Eventbrite, band official sites, etc.) and is aggregated under their respective terms.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute substantial parts of the MyConcerts database without our prior written consent.
9. Premium subscription
MyConcerts offers a free tier and may offer paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly). The current pricing and benefits are shown on the Pricing page.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. You are redirected to Stripe Checkout — MyConcerts never stores your card details.
- Renewal: paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your account settings). Access continues until the end of the current period.
- Right of withdrawal (EU): consumers have 14 days to withdraw (Directive 2011/83/EU). By starting to use premium features immediately, you acknowledge waiving this right per art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
- Refunds: beyond the withdrawal window, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- VAT: prices include VAT where applicable, calculated by Stripe based on your billing country.
10. Ticket purchases through third parties
MyConcerts is not a ticket seller. Every “Buy tickets” button redirects to a partner site. The sale, delivery, refund, cancellation, rescheduling and any dispute about a ticket is handled exclusively by that third party, under their own terms.
We display prices, availability and event details on a best-effort basis. Information may be outdated or inaccurate (API delays, cancellations, line-up changes). Always verify on the partner site before purchasing.
Some links may be affiliate links (Awin, etc.). They do not affect the price you pay. Our editorial selection is not influenced by affiliate commissions.
11. Availability, modifications, betas
We work hard to keep MyConcerts up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified in-app or by email at least 15 days before taking effect; continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.
Features flagged as beta or experimental are provided “as is” and may break or disappear.
12. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyConcerts is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of third-party data, or non-infringement. Consumer rights under Belgian and EU law are not affected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, easyCie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of MyConcerts or from third-party transactions (see §10).
For paid users, our total aggregate liability per claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. For free users, it is capped at 50€. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Termination
You may stop using MyConcerts and delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy §6bis).
We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other users. Where possible we notify you first; for serious breaches (fraud, abuse, illegal content) notice may be after the fact.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Liège, Belgium. As an EU consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
