01Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account. No commitment, no questions asked. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
02What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
The annual plan saves you €2 a month (which is -16%). Same features, billed once a year instead of every month. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime from your account.
03Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move from Free to Premium, monthly to yearly, or cancel anytime from your account. Changes apply immediately with automatic proration.
04Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact (BE), iDEAL (NL) and Giropay (DE) via our partner Stripe. 100% secure payments.
05What's the difference between Premium and Pro?
Premium is designed for concert fans (you). Pro is a B2B plan for venues, festivals and organizers who want to publish their own events on MyConcerts and access our pro dashboard.
06Do I need to connect Spotify?
No, it's not required. But if you connect your Spotify, we'll automatically recommend concerts from the artists you already listen to. It's free and revocable anytime.
07Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored in Europe (GDPR compliant). You can download all your data or delete your account anytime from your profile. Never sold to third parties.
08I live outside of Europe, does it still work?
Yeah, the app works everywhere. For now, we cover concerts in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Other countries will be added gradually based on demand.
